How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay online with PayPal and most major credit or debit cards.  Please note that we will never ask you for your card details via emails or pop-ups, or for any purpose other than placing an order on

When will the payment be taken?

Once the order has been placed payment will be taken.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

When we receive your online order, an order acknowledgement screen will appear, this includes an order reference number. It is a good idea to print out this page so you can refer back to it, but we'll also email you to confirm we have your order.

My order has not been confirmed, what shall I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation, please do the following:

  • Check your junk mail folder for any emails received.
  • Please contact your bank to see if payment has been taken.
  • Contact us and we will happily assist.

My payment has been declined?

If your card was refused you can try resubmitting your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

How do I order for home delivery and pay online?

Click the 'add to trolley' button for each product you are buying. You will then be directed to the trolley after confirming delivery availability to your postcode. Remember you can remove products from your trolley or stop the ordering process at any time.

I am having problems with my shopping basket?

Try deleting the cookies on your system. Follow the instructions available in the ‘help’ section of your web browser. If, after this you are still having problems, please contact us.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days.

Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland will be subject to increased delivery time so please allow a little longer for orders to arrive. Overseas orders will also take longer.

Can I amend my delivery date or address?

Please be advised that we will not be able to amend the delivery address once the order has been confirmed.

What do I do if my delivery hasn't arrived?

We aim to deliver all items within the delivery window. You should be able to track your delivery directly with the courier company.

How long do I have to notify you if my order has not arrived?

Notification for non-delivery must be made within 40 calendar days of the date of the order, or no claim will be entertained. Brickwork Tools has no legal liability for any loss if, at the time of the claim, 40 days has expired from the date of the order.

Do I have to be there for delivery?

The clamps will not fit through a letterbox.  You can, if you prefer, specify a different delivery address when you order so your items go to your work, a neighbour, or another place where you can collect them

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses or places of employment. If you would like delivery to your place of work you will need to ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods, as the delivery company will deliver to the place not the person.

How much does home delivery cost?

You will be able to see the delivery charge at the checkout stage of ordering.


Although we hope you will not wish to return your clamps, we aim to make the process as quick and easy as possible.  Please return your clamps within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund.  We aim to refund your monies with 5-7 working days.  Proof of purchase will be required.
