We are the only company who have designed a profile for bricklayers. We have patented and had tooling specifically made to manufacture a 2.2mm wall with the inner corners built-out to 5mm. Our profile is as strong as the 3.2mm wall profile, but the perfect weight for bricklayers to use.

• The standard 1.6mm wall box section is too flexible, but it is light. The 3.2mm wall box section is strong but it is too heavy for bricklayers. The FitzBrick 75mm Gauged Aluminium Profile is the perfect length at 2,250mm.  It is light, but the walls are strong at 2.2mm thick.  The inner corners are reinforced – built-out to 5mm.
• The profiles are a standard size of 50.8mm x 50.8mm (2"x 2").
• The gauge marks have been scribed onto the aluminium on 2 adjoining surfaces and will never fade or disappear unlike the printed marks on other similar products.
• The length of the profile is the ideal length to complete one lift of brickwork (standard door openings are 2.1m high).
• Please note that due to the manufacturing process and the nature of aluminium, the profiles may incur light scratches and blemishes. This will not affect the performance of the profiles once set up.
