Returns & Cancellations (Change of Mind)

Under UK law, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return your order for a change of mind.

Return of the FitzBrick Gauged Aluminium Profiles

You (the buyer) are responsible for arranging and paying for the return transit.

• Arranging Your Own Return: Due to the 2m length, these items cannot be returned via standard postal networks (like Royal Mail). You must use a specialist long-parcel courier (such as DX Freight or Parcelforce Large). We estimate the independent return courier cost for an item of this length to range between £30 to £60+ VAT depending on your location and the courier chosen.
• Condition: Profiles must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
